Summerising Video Deconstructions 6-10

Two Door Cinema Club - Something Good Can Work: What stood out to me in this video was the good contrast between continuity and dis-continuity editing and the effects that where used. The way transitions made the video interesting to the viewer as well.

Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Under The Bridge: The way the video combined performance footage with porjections and multiple layering stood out to me. Also the different enconters within the opening section of the video relate to our own production as well.

Queens Of The Stone Age - No One Knows: This video combined narrative with humour to create an effective video. Again the effects used in the peace help to engage and appeal to a wider audience.

Alt-J - Breezeblocks: This video stood out to me due to the constant change in time and reversal of footage in slow motion. The lighting and colours also made the video very engaging and emphasised the narrative throughout.
